Steamed fresh potato striped dumplings, without preservatives.
INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes 72%, type “0” wheat flour, eggs, salt, sunflower oil.
HOW TO USE:
To prepare the potato gnocchi rigati in the pot, pour them in salted water for 2 minutes. As soon as the gnocchi have emerged, drain them and season them with your favorite sauce. In a pan, instead, pour the gnocchi rigati directly into the sauce pan for 4 minutes. Add half a glass of water, stirring gently until completely absorbed.
