Steamed fresh potato chicche, without preservatives.
INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes 72%, type “0” wheat flour, eggs, salt, sunflower oil.
HOW TO USE:
To prepare the potato chicche in the pot, pour them in salted water for 1 minute. As soon as the chicche have surfaced, drain them and dress them with your favorite sauce. In the pan, instead, pour the chicche directly into the span for 3 minutes. Add half a glass of water, stirring gently until completely absorbed.
