Sheep milk, salt (wet salted), rennet (<1%), lactic ferments (<1%).
Surface treated with E235 preservative. Inedible rind.
HOW TO USE:
Taste the sweet Sardinian pecorino D.O.P. as it is or accompanied by a slice of bread. Ideal to serve in small pieces for a tasty aperitif or as an ingredient for your appetizers.
