Fresh pasta made from durum wheat semolina.
INGREDIENTS:
Durum wheat semolina, water.
HOW TO USE:
To prepare the strozzapreti, put the pasta in a pot with boiling salted water and bring the water to a boil again. Cook the strozzapreti for about 4/6 minutes, stirring occasionally. When cooked, drain the pasta and serve it with the sauce you like.
