Re-milled durum wheat semolina (57.3%), water, extra virgin olive oil (16%), salt, natural yeast.
HOW TO USE:
To best enjoy the classic focaccia, heat the oven to 200 ° C and cook it for about 5/6 minutes. tASTE it as it is or stuff it as you like.
