Spinach leaves based Tyrolean gnocchetti, without preservatives.
INGREDIENTS:
Type “0” soft wheat flour, 30% spinach, water, eggs, sunflower oil, salt.
PREPARATION METHOD:
To prepare the spatzle with spinach in the pot, pour them in salted water for 1 minute. As soon as the spatzles have emerged, drain them and dress them with your favorite sauce. In a pan, instead, pour the spatzle with spinach directly into the pot for 3 minutes. Add half a glass of water, stirring gently until completely absorbed.
