INGREDIENTS:
Durum wheat semolina, eggs (19%), water.
HOW TO USE:
To prepare the egg spaghetti alla chitarra, put the pasta in a pot with boiling salted water and bring the water to a boil again. Cook the spaghetti alla chitarra for about 2/4 minutes, stirring occasionally. When cooked, drain the pasta and serve it with the sauce you like.
