63% whole wheat flour, type “00” wheat flour, water, salt, natural yeast, malted wheat flour, flour treatment agent: E300.
Produced in a factory that uses eggs, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, soft wheat bran.
HOW TO USE:
Enjoy wholemeal friselle as an alternative to bread or season them according to your tastes. Add a few chopped tomatoes, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, chopped oregano garlic and salt and savor all the goodness of the whole friselle.
