PDO mature Sardinian pecorino cheese, produced only with Sardinian whole sheep’s milk, with an intense flavour.
INGREDIENTS:
Sheep milk, salt (wet salted n.q.), rennet (0.5%), lactic ferments (0.5%).
Surface treated with olive oil. Inedible rind.
HOW TO USE:
Taste the mature Sardinian pecorino D.O.P. as it is or accompanied by a slice of bread. Ideal to serve in small pieces for a tasty aperitif or as an ingredient for your appetizers.
